About SLR Home Realty
Our History
SLR Home Realty is a division of SLR Mobile Homes, LLC. Slr Mobile Homes launched on September 19, 2018 as a mobile homes resale company. After several months it became apparent that there was a need for a real estate license to service mobile home communities that homes were sold with a share or lot in resident owned mobile home parks. Our founder received his real estate sales licensed and worked for Charles Rutenberg Realty while also running our parent company. He received his Real Estate broker's License in August of 2021 and SLR Home Realty was launched soon after.
Our mission
Our immediate focus is to make the buying & selling process as smooth as possible. Buying or Selling a home can be stressful and we help remove a lot of that stress. With experience and know how we qualify buyers and work with park managers to make sure a quality resident is coming in.
